These are my headers. They are made by Sanderson, and are made specifically for this V8 Swap. Though the primary tubes do not have the D port design that the LT1 heads have, the primaries are so large that they go completely around the port!! They cost me $497, made, coated and shipped. I guess that is a pretty decent price considering they look awesome and work just as well. |

These are the fuel sending units. I will teach you how to make the LT1 and S10 work together. |

In each of the above pictures, there is an entire fuel sending unit assembly. Within each, you must locate the actual PUMP. In the left and right pictures, it is the little silver canister. In the middle picture, it is within the tan box. |

Below on the left is the LT1 assembly without the tan box. In the middle there is the box with the pump inside. On the right is the final product with the LT1 fuel pump in place of the S10 pump. You NEED to clamp the hose down between the pump and the metal sending unit line. This line needs to be high pressure Fuel Injection line, not the old junk that came on the original pump assembly. |

Gas tank stuff and the lines are connected here. I used the stock LT1 metal lines between some high pressure rubber hoses I got at NAPA for $6 per foot and $8 per foot for each size I needed. I had to lube them up with soap and boil the ends of each part to get it to slip over the lip that is on the end of each metal line. I figured if I got a clamp on each side of the lip, it would never come off or let pressure out! |
