The Goblet of Fire
-Back to Hedwig's Cage-
Harry is so excited when he gets the chance to travel with the Weasly family and Hermione to watch a grand final Quidditch match. After all, his favourite team, the Chudley Cannons, are playing, and it will be the first big magical event Harry has ever been to. But the Grand Final is not as magical as it would seem, and when a group of Lord Voldemort's followers conjure the Death Mark in the sky, chaos is the result of the panic that grips the magical community. And worst of all, it was Harry's wand that conjured the mark - but not Harry. So was it just a junvenille pranster that decided to scare a group of witches and wizards, or was it someone more sinister?

Back at school, Harry finds that things are just as unusual here as at the Quidditch game. The Triwizard Tournament as been introduced back into the school's cirriculum, and Hogwarts is flooded with students from two other Wizarding schools. Harry, Ron and Hermione settle in happily to watch the tournament, but they are in for shock - Harry is choosen as a
fourth contender in a three-wizard tournament. The Goblet of Fire chooses only those who are worthy of the honour of competing, and being choosen is a like a contract. Harry must compete. But the question is - Who put Harry's name into the Goblet of Fire?

In arguably the most exciting book to come in the Harry Potter series, Harry learns a lot of things - the honour of competing for Gryffindor, the hardship of being ostracised, and who means the most to him. And Harry faces his biggest challenge yet, when he comes face to face with his worst enemy - the evil Lord Voldemort.
