Merry Christmas

This web-quest takes a look at how the image of Santa Claus has changed over the many ages of his existence, and finally, to rest on the image of the man in red as we know him today.

We will also take a peek at some traditions that are still used in homes today and how they came about, where they originated, and how they are linked to Christmas.

Every year around the world families trudge through the snow looking for the perfect Christmas tree. They hang mistletoe in their doorways to kiss under and hang stockings by the fire place. Many of these traditions are practiced around the world but some countries have their own special way of celebrating this exciting time of year. Maybe we will discover something new as we revisit Christmas traditions.
