The most beautiful aspect of the chateau is its view over the river Loire
and the slopes behind it. This picture shows a view to the East. In the
West also the Loire and the old bridge and center of Blois.
The chateau was build in 1770 on a steep wineyard. Old city walls from
1525 partly surround the chateau. The chateau counts 11 big salons and
bedrooms. Most of the rooms are on he South and have a spectacular view
on the Loire.
Almost all rooms are furnished with antique furniture and paintings.
Close to the building is a vast sun terrace with a heatable swimming
pool. The deck covers automatically and is safe for children.
