"Color Me A
R a i n b o w"

Hope's ("Miracle Rainbow Girl")
"Shanna"

Lord, for those days of
blue,
You take away those humps of gloom.
You take a field and give me blue flowers,
The beauty is unreal to show your power.

Lord, for those days of
red,
Those days that I suffer and dread.
You gave your life for me so long ago,
I thank you Lord for these days of red that go.

Lord, for those days of
green,
I feel your awesome meadow of peace and tranquility.
I love to linger and meditate there,
To talk with you; you're always there.

Lord, for those days
yellow,
When I am not up to par like the other fellow.
When I am weak, you make me strong,
I know you're with me, all the day long.

Lord, for those days of
orange,
I'm in between, but cause for care.
Wondering every minute as the days go by,
Will I have another, or will it just pass by.

Lord, for those days of
black,
Each treatment I take, I don't want back.
The misery and pain, the treatment to bear,
Is knowing you're holding my hand to prepare for me there.

Lord, for those days of
purple,
The Heaven's Portholes opens the gates like a bubble.
What beauty as I step in, such a lovely place,
The color and beauty, the streets of gold from within.

My Lord showed me my mansion, and I walked right in,
I was happy to be here, but felt lost from within.
Well Done my good and faithful servant, Jesus replied.
Your "Home At Last", now don't you cry.

Lord, for those days of
brown,
I stand in dirt and I look around,
Then what I notice is a "Rainbow" for me!
The colors are remarkable of what you show me!
The colors are bright and beauty to behold,
For that precious covenant you left us so long ago!

and will always bring something
worthwhile to the world,
something in which all can rejoice -
- even if for only a moment."
