Hello All...... well by popular demand on the Palladium Books chat room and the Master Lurker, Hanzo. We are putting the Lurker R.C.C. onto the page. Now the Lurker R.C.C. appears in the game as an intangible mass until such time as the GM has a use for him. This may include acting as an NPC or taking notes for the game. All such things will garner the Lurker what is known as lurker experience. Now lurker experience works on a different line than standard experience in that the GM gives it to the lurker for just watching the games. Now granted if the GM has the lurker do something than the lurker will get more. However, if the lurker talks outside of what the GM tells him to say, well he just loses a hell of alot. Also, the lurker get's certain special abilities that the normal P.C. does not. Well here it is, the Lurker R.C.C.

Lurker R.C.C.

Alignment: Any, but most are neutral. While this is not normally possible under Palladium rules the Lurker can because he is not actively in the game.

Attributes: I.Q.: N/A M.E.: N/A M.A.: N/A P.S.: N/A P.P.: N/A P.E.: N/A P.B.: N/A Spd.: N/A. The lurker does not have actual stats. He merely has what the NPC has in the event he is playing one. Otherwise, he is just sort of there.

M.D.C.: N/A, the lurker has whatever the NPC has or none at all. But he cannot be killed except by the lurker slayer.

P.P.E.: N/A, however the lurker knows ALL spells and has them at no P.P.E. cost.

I.S.P.: N/A, however the lurker knows all Psionics and has them at no I.S.P. cost.

Physical Appearance: The Lurker appears in it's natural form as an intangible mass. It looks sort of like a large cloud of white stuff. Noone can define what this stuff is, it is just stuff. Otherwise he appears as whatever the NPC looks like. (See a pattern here?)

Special Lurker Abilities At level five he gains the ability to know out of game knowledge. At level seven he gains the ability to be an NPC at the time of GM need. At level 10 he gains the ability to actually interact with the players on his own accord, given the GM doesn't tell him to shut up. At Level 15 he gains the ability to know the whole blasted campaign well enough he could run it on his own.
