Phase 2 will consist of 5 parts:

1. Layout of "village".
2. Construction of housing and group facility.
3. Construction of workshops and animal facilities.
4. Construction of agricultural products processing facilities.
5. Development of large group camping area and facilities.

Although the structures and general site appearance should continue to be medieval, this stage will make lots of use of modern equipment in order to expedite progress.

Part 1. Layout of "village":

1. survey
2. site preparation
3. lay out placement of main structures

Part 2. Construction of housing and group facility.

1. Tavern/inn
2. design and bid procedure
3. construction
4. Other housing: 2 preliminary structures designed as general medieval town dwellings with ability to bunk several people. Future use might be as a dwelling, dwelling/shop, or a summer labor bunkhouse. Eventual village size to be about 12 to 15 structures.
5. Drill well.
6. Waste management will be with Clivus Minimus composting toilets.

Part 3. Construction of workshops and animal facilities.

1. Machine shop for onsite repair of equipment
2. Structure(s) for equipment storage
3. Woodworking shop, armorer
4. Facilities for horses, a cow, a few goats, rabbits, chickens.

Part 4. Construction of agricultural products processing facilities.

1. Grain and produce processing
2. Meat processing

Part 5. Development of large group camping area and facilities.

1. Clear pasture: 2 to 3 acres.
2. Build picnic pavilions, outhouses, showers.
3. Develop parking area.
