Master/Mistress Within their chosen field, is responsible for Project Design; Organizes and assigns work; Teaches and oversees Journeyman and Apprentices; Participates in day to day tasks as time allows.

Journeyman/Journeywoman Within their chosen field, Performs assigned tasks without close supervision; Teaches and overseas

Apprentices and general labor as assigned. Apprentice Within their chosen field, Performs tasks of increasing difficulty under close supervision of Master/Mistress or assigned Journeyperson

General Laborer Performs defined tasks of an unskilled nature, under direct supervision in various fields. (NOTE: Even a Master/Mistress can be a general laborer if they are working out of their field.)
