Overall: Phoebe is a smart and extremely wise for her age but yet is suckered so much by Helga and the sixth graders. She is honest to a fault, even when she tries to lie about something. Even though Helga uses her, they’re still good friends. Helga may seem cruel to her, but Helga remains a friend when Phoebe needs her. She still is the comforting advice when Phoebe actually has a problem, another sign that Helga has a sensitive side. Phoebe is her own person, just as long as she can also be second fiddle with Helga.
