Fun Facts: When she threw her back out, Mrs. Vitello had left Arnold and Gerald to take over the shop while she was out. During this time, Arnold and Gerald almost stopped being friends.

Marriage: Judging by her name, she either is or was. I think her husband probably died and she kept the name in his memory. Just my theory though.
