Gondwanapal: The language of the Kiresh, now the common tongue of the world. There are three dialects: Kireshku (Common), Muerrin and Zarzhani. The dialects are quite distinct and communication between speakers of the two dialects difficult. Kireshku is used as the common tongue of Northern Gondwana and it is often simply called Gondwanapal as opposed to Muerrin or Zharzhani (see below)

Falinje: The ancient common tongue of the Six Empires

Injhokak The Hieroglyphic system of the Six Empires


Elhoirrin: The language of the Eloi Sidhe similar to Eldarin

Kyproche: The language of the Kyprosi (Kypros)

Darakhur: The language of the Darakhghar (Dust Dwarves)

Urukhoj: The language of the Uruk-khoz (Orcs)

Muerrin: The Gondwanapal dialect of the Moors

Hazkhat: The language of the Haz (Desert Lizardmen)

Jatha'yal The Runes used to write Hazkhat, also used by Geniekind


Zarzhani: The Gondwanapal dialect of the Dervishes

Old Zharzhanj: The ancient tongue of the Zharzhanjah

Ta-Mu-Karesh: The Old Arcane-Mysterious ancient hieroglyphic writing -The writing system of the Siderthe. Used to write Eldarin, Kiujuin, and sometimes Old Zharzhanj, the writing system of the Third Empire


Yur-Philoch: The High Arcane:Mysterious ancient glyphs of power-invented by the Ufrai. Used to write ancient magic

Akataitaiske: The language of the Akatai (Aquatic lizardmen. it is a purely oral language.

Naal-jal-halil The spoken common language of Geniekind and Elementals.

Jabbala-Khojath Common tongue of the kobolds, hobgoblins,and goblin tribes of the Khojath. It is a purely oral tongue with some sign language.

Nyrridian: Ancient mystical language found now seemingly only in Necromancer tomes. It is written in Yur-Philoch.

Tanar'rijiki (Demonic): The common tongue of the nether plane of Tanar and understood in other nether planes as well.
Tanaritzin (Netherwrit): An ancient writing system of horrifying hieroglyphics from the Dawn of Time, now used chiefly by Nether creatures. The glyphs are too terrible to show an image for, as merely looking at these glyphs can cause insanity in mortals, unless they know the secret of the finger reading of such glyphs, as these hieroglyphs must be carved on some surface and not drawn.
