The Terms & Conditions page is a straight forward (if your not ligham) page on Hell_RaiSer which tells your young (I hope) souls out there what you are and are not supposed to do on my site.

I can not let you copy anything on my site without my permission first like pictures or even a bit of text because if it's something valuable I don't want people like you lot touching it because it's fragile.

I don't want any granny porn from Philip Hudd or anyone o.k. send it to someone else or will hunt you down and kill you. Also I don't want you sending stupid worthless comments that someone with little life and no brain would waste his/her life sending it.

You can send appropriate e-mail that is useful and worth sending to Hell_RaiSer and if you are signing my guestbook please use sensible comments.

Hell_RaiSer still has one or two problems on the site, yes you can e-mail me comments but not to badly, like the Games chapter is not running yet because of technical problems I cant get them working for some reason. people have e-mailed me about this already so please no more comments o.k.
