Wish your pumpkins would last longer ?      Wilting, getting soft and of course  Mold are problems we all have with our pumpkins. The solutions for these problems are simple.
The easiest problem is mold, to stop it from growing simply spray the inside of the pumpkin with a mixture of bleach water. Mix about 25% bleach to 75% water. The bleach kills the mold and other bacteria that destroy your hard work.
To help your pumpkin stay solid, soak it in cold water for several hours, or even overnight. Do this before carving and anytime the pumpkin starts to look wilted or soft. After soaking you might want to spray with bleach solution again.
