| In a world that is not limited to our past, present,
or future, there exists a feudal land in the midst of war. Upon this
land, highly industrial cities and provinces appear in various, sparse
locations. Highways, trading routes, and other boundary lines attempt
to divide the vast, smoke-covered desert that makes up the majority of
the land. The land is surrounded at its edges by the great, circling
water known as Ocean.
Led by Faery, the Forest is in rebellion against the industrial overlords that govern it. The balance between Industry and Nature, already upset, is now set into severe turmoil. Amidst the chaos and despair, the Ashura become restless. Lurking in the shadows, the demons add to the agony that begins on the battlefield. The Verstorben are humans living on the fringe of the industrial civilization. Their bodies are corrupted by the toxic waste produced by the factories that rule the cities. Not accepted by their fellow humans, the Verstorben fight against Industry along with Nature and the Forest. |
