OREO CHEESECAKE RECIPE

What you'll need:

1 cup of Graham Crumbs

16 ounces of cream cheese

2 tbsp milk

1/4 cup melted margarine

1/3 cu sugar

2 large eggs

about 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies (w/o the filling)

 

Procedure:

Combine crumbs and margarine & press onto the bottom of a rectangular pan (its size depends on how tall you want your cheesecake to be.) Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar & milk, mixing (at medium speed when using electric mixer) until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour in half of the mixture over the crust leaving no spot uncovered. Sprinkle the Oreo crumbs over it to form a layer.
Pour in the rest of the mixture over the Oreo layer. Then, do another Oreo-crumb layer on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or when done. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
Remember: Chill before serving.
Oreo Cheesecake tastes best when chilled.
