It was Saturday and Triple-A was invited to go bowling in Duisburg with other NFLE-Fans. After the bowling we wanted to go to the Knoten, so we booked a hotel in Dusseldorf. We had to leave early because the bowling started at 13.00 and we wanted to check-in in the hotel before that. 
The plan was that Sander picked me and Niki up around 8.30. Sander arrived 9.00!! Sander overslept, because he went to bed around 6.00, so he had some trouble getting up. When Sander arrived at my house, he finally started waking up and he wanted a coffee real bad!! Our first pitstop, after we picked up Niki, was the McDrive in Almere for some coffee. Not for Niki he was going for a hamburger at 9.30 in the morning.

The fun started when we were driving on the A12, we started phoning with the other car (with Erica, Bas, Ton and Laura). They were driving a couple of miles before us and we wanted to catch up so we speeded up a little. 
A little to much because we missed our exit, we thought lets take the next exit and everything will be alright. NOT, because that road went up North and we wanted to go South, but we took the DAMN exit anyway, just for the fun of it. 
A half hour later we finally got back on the right road again and we were on our way to Dusseldorf. Not really Dusseldorf, but Essen, we took the wrong exit again!!!. When we arrived in Essen, we decide to buy a map before we get more lost and end up in Berlin or something. We bought a map at a gasstation, after 30 seconds of driving we saw a HUGE sign with Dusseldorf on it. We threw away our map and started following the signs. 
We arrived in Dusseldorf at 12.00, next problem was finding the hotel!! We ran out of time so we decided to take a cab and follow the cab with the car to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the others already checked in and were waiting for us. After checking in, we took two cabs to Duisburg and arrived at the Bowling-alley at 13.10.
 

Did we win?? YEP, a huge trophy!	And the losers are!!!!!

We had two teams: Triple-A consisting of Ross, Ton, Bas and Michel and we had Hell of Shame consisting Erica, Monica, Niki and Sander. Laura was on injury-reserve and Rauri took place on the bench. The bowling was really fun and everybody enjoyed themself. 
The team Hell of Shame was fooling around and ended up last, on position 24. The team Triple-A was doing pretty well, but lost their game on 20 points in the quarter-finals, ended at position 6. 
After the bowling most of the Triple-A members left the alley and headed for Dusseldorf/Knoten. Erica, Bas and I could drive along with Ralph (thanx dude) to Dusseldorf, but we had to wait untill the prices were handed out. 
The best three teams got a small trophy and were celebrating their victory. And then it was the turn for the worst team, we did not expected a trophy and exspecially not a F**king HUGE one. 
Bas and I were laughing our ass off and Erica went up to the podium to recieve the trophy. After that we went to Dusseldorf and dropped Erica (she became sick) and THE trophy off in the hotel, we headed to the Knoten.

At the Knoten we all got pissed. Niki and I left the Knoten at 5.30 (4.30 new time because to clock went a hour back) and woke up around 10.30, because we had to leave the hotel at 11.00. 
The way back to Holland was a bigger disaster, because there was a heavy storm and we challenged ourselves to stop at as much McDrive as possible. After three McDrives we had enough of the Mac-shit and tried a Drive King. After a couples of hours we got home and played Madden NFL 2003 the rest of the day.

Hell of Shame moments:
- On the way to Dusseldorf we took three wrong exits.
- On the way back we saw to many McDrives, still feel sick!!
- Bas hurts his arm with bowling by dropping the ball behind him while he was aiming forward.
- Getting a trophy for being BAD!!
