This will briefly go over how to make cartoon dolls. This should get you the dolls you want no problem, but if it doesn't email me and i will try and help if i cant go to TheCity2001 website, they have some really helpful tutorials!
Note: The Palace Chat Software IS still availible to those of us who have it.

1. Download The Palace Software (You will find this at TheCity2001 under the section, dowloads) The file is called PalaceUserWin.exe. Also it is recomended that you dowload it to your desktop, that way you will be able to find it easier.

2. Double click the dowload file to begin the dowload procedure.

3.When the window called The Palace Set-up opens, click on the button, Continue.

4. Next, a window called Licensing Agreement will ope, click the button I Agree. Next, your computer will search for files installed.

5. When the window called Choose Directory opens click on the ok button and then this will install the software into your defauly directory.

6. Next, a window called Looking For Palace Directory opens click the ok button.

7. A window will now open called Installing which has a blue bar that shows you the progress of the installation. This make take several minutes depending on your computer.

8. Next a window will open requesting that you enter a registration code, select Remain A Guest for now.

9. A window will now open called Welcome To The Palace with a field for you to enter a name that you would like to use. Note :- you can change this at anytime once inside the palace. Uncheck-mark the box that says Show This Dialogue At Start Up. Next click ok

10. A window will now open called Connect. Replace Welcome.thepalace.com with 24.72.15.172 and type 9998 in the box to the right.

11. Congratulations you are now part of ThePalace. You will find you are inside TheCity2001 palace. It will detect that you are a newbie and transport you to the registration lobby where you will be given further instructions.

12. Next remember to bookmark TheCity2001 before you leave, this way you will be able to get back there easily. To do this click on Bookmarks which is on the top menu bar of Tha Palace window. Then click on Add Palace to Bookmarks.

13. All you have to do now is to chat, search and generally get to know all about the palace. Talk to other members and they will give you other addresses for different palaces that other users have made.
