| Setsuna-san is one of the four outer senshi. She was the only senshi that wasn't riencarnated into the future. She isn't shown a lot in the series because her duty is to protect the gate of time from intruders and she is only allowd to leave when it's absolutely necessary. She is the holder of a talisman, The Garnet Orb. Setsuna has a bit of a crush on King Endymion. Sailorpluto has the power to control time.
