This was a trip we went on with about 6 trucks. All sizes of trucks were there, from a Ford on 35's to our Blazer on 44's. They all did really good but we all had our problems that day. At the beginning of the trip our suburban pooped out going up a hill towing the blazer on a trailer (I know I know time for a big block for towing). Then 1/4 of the way into the first trail Zac blew a tire off of the bead in a hard rut. All that required was a quick trip back to town for an air up. Then on the 2nd trail at the first hole Larry with his green chevy blew a fan/alternator belt at 6 or 7 grand attempting a hole. No one had any spare belts with them so he  limped back after we played for a bit. Then at the last hole and the biggest hole Erik let Kim drive and she putted into the hole and water over took the truck and did his starter in. He got a tow out backwards and dead and with help got the starter to give him one last start and it was enough to get it home. Then last but not least on our way back to the head of the trail and our trailer we were hitting a pretty monstrous looking hole that was dry and our 44's didn't want to go where we wanted em to and it snapped our crossover steering. Took 3 hours to get the trailer back to the truck and get it loaded. It was a fun trip overall but not one I want to repeat anytime soon...lol.

please click on pics to see them fullsized
The view from behind the blazer looking up^
The first hole....no one made it through this
Larrys high rev attempt that cost him a belt
Eriks try at....took the right amount of speed and ability to get over the log at the top
Our try at....check out the cool off the ground tire action on the right pic^
This hole claimed alot of trucks...it had a soft bottom and a lot of water. This is Zac's Ford with a 429
Kim driving Eriks truck...another one bites the dust...lol
Our try at it...seemed the idea was to push all the water out then back up half way and hit the ledge at the end with a little speed...and woohooo we were the only ones to make it.
Our slow but pathetic attempt made....we made it by accident by trying to keep our water doushed motor running
The pic on the left shows how bad the hole was that claimed our steering. Yes it is dry but it was top of the door deep and the steering wheel got yanked out of Jeff's hands when it broke. The pic on the right is Erik and Jeff trying to tie the steering straight and Larry being a goofball like usual.
