Personality: Rustiny is generally calm, but he is seriously resentful at Old Deuteronomy. That resentfullness shines through in a lot of things he does. When not talking, he's calm, quiet, very observant. You'll always see him in the background watching intently. But when in action he tends to follow the routes of both his mother and father. He's sneaky, but always manages to run his way out of trouble, and when it comes down to a fight, he'll keep going until one of them is out for the count. A master at making Havoc and certainly a master at smash and grabs, he's picked up from his mother and uncle.
His anger and devotion makes him a great weapon/defense... his skills in fighting are also a great benefit.
Background: He was born a Jellicle to Munkustrap and Rumpleteazer... He never knew Munkustrap was his father, and his uncle Mungojerrie acted as his father... He learned a lot from his mother and uncle about the art of smash and grab... his mother always taught him the finesse involved and the observation that went with it, Mungo always taught him how to get in and out with as much mess as possible.
He had his father's skill in fighting. He worked alongside Mungojerrie for Macavity, acting as his odyguard, but also doing what he did best.
When Old Deuteronomy had Rumpleteazer killed off, he started in on Rustiny, but Jemima took him under her wing.. Loving him like a son and a little more. But Rustiny couldn't bear to see Jemima hurt, so he left before she got caught in the crossfire... Every Jellicle that died was blamed on him. And he couldn't bear his existence being the thing that killed off Jemima as it had his mother.
So he left the Junkyard to become a stray. Living out his kittenhood alone and having to use his skills to survive, making him more observant and perfect attention to detail.
Ever since he has hated Deuteronomy and will not venture back into the Junkyard unless invited by Jemima... the one person he really cares about anymore. He's always keeping his eye on her, from a distance, if he goes missing you're sure to find him watching out for her.
