Falkowska Family

The Falkowska family is led by Halina, a single mom who is widowed. She has 12 children. Her oldest daughter lives in Denmark and has brought the oldest son to live with her there.
  • Norbert, age 12 - very sweet and shy, has some learning difficulties
  • Pawel, age 13 - some learning difficulties
  • Ewelina, age 15 - last year in High School, wants to become a Polish Navy officer
  • Iza, age 16 - in specialized High School and wants to become a social worker
  • Zbyszek, age 18 - has two years left in marketing school
  • Lukaz, age 21 - finish High School from home through a distant learning program
  • Przemek, age 22 - just completed mandatory military service in Poland
  • Mariusz, age 23 - graduated from technical school as a car mechanic, unable to find employment in his field, so he works as a seasonal worker in a steel mill
  • Adam, age 25 - special needs, on mental disablility program
  • Piotr, age 27 - graduated from elementary school, still lives at home, works as a seasonal worker in the steel mill

Tim and Kathleen Weiss are helping this family financially, as well as sending clothing and toys for Christmas. Thanks to them, the family does not have to sell their livestock anymore in order to pay for the children's school needs. Kathleen is a nurse and a professor in a CT University. Tim is a retired engineer and business man who loves to cook. They have three grown sons and one grand-daugher.
