20 years ago, someone treated my terrible back pain. After which, I applied the same methods to treat my relatives and friends. Here is the technique that I have learned to treat back pain from slight displacements of spinal disks: Lie on floor on left side with legs placed in this fashion. |
Here is the same position for treatment when lie on floor on right side.
The following three pictures shows how one keeps the patient's legs stationary
Place right hand on the lower back of the patient.
place left hand on the patient's shoulder to keep the shoulders stationary while right hand pushes swiftly into patient's lower back with approximately 20 pounds of effort. Listen for a soft cracking sound, it means the disks are returning into the correct position. Note that the crack might only be heard on one side. Repeat the above steps with the patient lying on the other side.
After repeating the steps above, continue by having the patient lie flat like such.
Place yourself behind the patient in a comfortable position in which you can exert some force.
Place hand on either side of the spin, with about 1 inch of space between the thumbs. With hands flat on the patient's back, push swiftly with approximately 30 pounds of force.
Listen for a crack sound when pushing, it means the the disks are returning to the correct position.
pushing down from the outside of the ribcage, which will cause the disks that are out of place to lift up.
The final phase of this treatment begin with placing arms under the patients arms.
Lift the patient slowly off the ground, and swiftly shake the patient upward. |
