Stop Buying the Daily News

Omitting critical information, like the kids that took down the 4-way stop signs, ended up getting people killed in a head on crash. If you see someone buying the Daily News, do not keep it to yourself, tell them,
"YOU ARE HURTING OUR 9/11 HEROES."

On August 28, 2005, Sunday night, at about 11 o’clock, I was sleeping on the 4 train and was awakened between the 2nd and 3rd to the last stop by a vicious subway robber whose name is Bryan Mapuma. I literally wrestled with him until the last stop as he was punching me in the face. I kicked him off of me hard at one point. Just before the train doors opened, I was surprised he was not attacking me anymore. I didn’t realize it was the last stop but there was a good conductor or train operator right outside the door. As soon as I told him I was assaulted, he stuck right with me and followed Bryan Mapuma into a good police officer from TB 12.

The crimes my father has committed against me don’t just affect me, they effect you too. Bryan Mapuma, a vicious subway robber, is free to attack you as a direct result of my father’s crimes against me, and little cowards like Michael Daly P.P. abusing their job to harm us. My father literally destroyed countless jobs by using his money to threaten or pay off employers I’ve had. The address you see on this page would have been paid and I wouldn’t have been embarrassed to show up to see if I had any mail. The police detectives told me he plea bargained and would be away in jail for quite a while. Obviously something changed. These police officers in TB 12 were all great and treated me extremely well. (the problem is not with the great majority of police, transit workers etc., no it’s the MAYOR. I.E: train operators have no choice but to blow their horns at the workers because of stupid polices from the top.)

On June 11th, another man and myself stopped a woman from getting raped on the E train about two o’clock in the morning. I was in train car 3 with about half a dozen men who I thought would follow me. The other man named John came from train car number 5. We entered on each end of train car number 4 and the attempted rapist was still on her with his penis out. When he got off her he faced me because John was already confronting him. When we got to West 4th, I stood in the door and wasn’t going to let that door shut until the police got there. The craziest thing is the conductor had to get permission from his supervisor to call the police. Fortunately the police came an arrested him.

I was assaulted while I was sleeping on the subway about a year ago and still have broken facial bones in my head. I have been pickpocketed, my pants pockets cut with razor blades to access my money, and once I saw it happening to a woman and warned her that she was about to get pickpocket. The criminal started giving me the finger with both hands he was so angry. And I could go on and on people, you know crime is going up and the news media lies to cover up for Bloomberg.

Bloomberg has made a mess of New York. There are 2 brand new elevators built at West 4th several months ago. Both haven’t been working almost from the day they were built. About a week ago a notice went up saying they would fix it on the 30th since the election is just a week or so away.
The track workers are going deaf because of the MTA’s stupid policy of having the train operators blow the horns at them all the time. If they see a doctor, they get punished and put in a worse job. Gee, Michael Daly P.P. could have even written about this but oh dear it is off limits for him because it would have gotten the MTA upset at him. A real reporter would have cared about the people.
