Find a pipe of some 2 inches long and 0.4 inches wide. Preferred materials are easy to carve, non-toxic and durable e.g. cardboard and wood.

Make a gap of approx. 0.3 inches wide and 0.2 inches deep near the other end of the pipe. The gap will serve as the bowl. Cover the gap-end loosely with aluminium foil so that you can mold the foil into the gap thus forming the bowl of the pipe. Use a pin to make some airholes into the bowl.
