More than just a light entertainment show, the Eurovision Song Contest has always been a showcase for innovative, vibrant design, streamlining the myriad features of the host country into an instantly recognisable visual form familiar to hundreds of millions of viewers in Europe and worldwide
 
 
This logo portrays life. The paths of life, fusing together - to create an entity rich in unity, and being. The sparks of elation & celebration explode, in different directions - creating something that is of great aesthetic beauty.
 
 
The colours are integral to the effectiveness of the design. Three colours, Gold, Orange & Red, all signify the very escence of Turkey. Red portrays Turkey's boldness, defiance and character as a nation. Gold signifies the warmer side. Its climate of sunshine, combined with the good-heartedness of its people. Thirdly, Orange. This beams the dynamic party atmosphere of Turkish music.
