Oh yeah there is a god! This is one of them games, which you just can't say enough of, it just feels so right, I cannot say what it is...but I'll do my best! This is only my early views on the game, for the simple reason that the game is so big, and has so much to do, I can't see the review being put up for a while yet!:O)

Where do I start, well...I am going to take you through the GT2 experiance for me, what I have done, and what it has done to me...

I woke up on Friday morning, and went to my local Electronic Boutique store where I saw GT2 sitting waiting for me, in a special box containing a memory card, I reached out...and there it was, in my hands, GT2...the game which I had been waiting for for months...gave the chap my cash and that was it...off I went into the night!

Got home, and the first thing I done was studied the back of the box...looked at the stunning screen shoots, and read the top "The NEXT STAGE..." OH YES...then "unparalleled realism - looks real, feels real, smells real" I then had one of them funny moments where a feeling goes right through your body...and I knew this was it!

So, I opened the box...took my memory card out and plug him in to my baby, then out come the GT2 box, there she was...I read the leaflets, and what do I see? Rub the GT disc and you will experience the autherentic pit-stop smell...there I was rubbing the GT2 disc, placing it to my nose and smelling the beauty...then it was time to play...

In she goes, and where better to start then on the Arcade mode...ping, the sony logo appears on screen...followed by the GT intro...with "my favourite game" by the Cardigans bulting out...this was Driving heaven already!:O) Then the screen pops up...and I select the rally option, choose my renault megane and get out on the track...

The fun had only just began...I flew over the line, the dual shock working over time, I have never had a feeling lke it before...I turned into the first corner, got side ways, appled the brakes and then booted it out of the turn...just missing a wall, and sliding like theres no tomorrow, this was what I had been waiting for, and it was worth the wait...I was in a special place, I was on the limit...

GT2 is here and you had better get ready, it is going to blow your socks off...the graphics are hot, not much better then the original, yet this is the Playstation after all which is getting to the end of its years, however, as this shows its ageing well!

What makes it so good, well, theres 590+ cars, loads of tracks, loads of cups and races to win, loads to do, it looks like a dream, it feels like a dream, it handles like a dream, whatever you want from it, you will get it! The sound of the engines does it for me everytime...and once you start tuning your cars up...they sound like F1 cars...the dual shock is just unreal and the whole experiance feels too good to be true...You feel like your always on the limit, yet always in control...

This is the first top game of 2000 for Playstation, and just shows what we are in for when PS2 hits our shores later this year....this is perfection...
