Wrap bottom half of doll with plastic wrap. Insert doll into center of cake. Decorate with additional frosting and candies.

Decorations

LOTS OF PINK!!!
Heart shaped balloons
Set out all of your child's Barbies (dressed in their finest, of course), as well as other Barbie items (dream house, corvette, etc.)

Games & Activities

Find Barbie’s shoe-You’ll need one pair of Barbie shoes per child. Before the party hide one shoe from each pair. As guests arrive, give them one of the remaining shoes and tell them to find the matching shoe. They can keep these as a favor.
Make necklaces-Provide lacing and a selection of beads, and let the kids string them into necklaces and bracelets. A good way to put out the beads is to set out cupcake pans, and put a different color in each section.
Decorate bonnets- Use paper plates (the really cheap ones work best) punch a hole at two opposite sides and tie a piece of ribbon through each hole long enough to be tied in a bow under the child's chin. Let the girls decorate their hats with feathers, buttons, ribbon, silk flowers, etc. and then model them.

Food

Heartwiches- make sandwiches on white bread using your favorite filling. Cut out heart shapes with a small cookie cutter.

Favors

barbie outfits and accessories, pink nail polish, necklace, hair bows

Make or buy plain white Barbie shirts (you can buy patterns for them at Walmart), then make tiny personalized t-shirt transfers to put on them.
