Head 'em up and move 'em out
to an old west roundup!

Cake--Just bake any flavor cake in a 9x13 inch pan, cool, and turn out onto a cake plate. Frost with white frosting, then sprinkle with coconut tinted green to look like grass. Buy a set of little plastic cowboys and Indians, and use to decorate the top of cake. The set I bought had little plastic fence with it, so I put fence all around the outside edge.

Food-- Have a cookout! You could also have beef stew or beans 'n franks.

Cow Pies
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon shortening
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped silvered almonds
In a double boiler over simmering water, melt the chips and shortening, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and add raisins and almonds. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 2 dozen.

Favors-- Bandanas, cowboy hats, squirt guns, sheriff badges, etc.

Decorations-- Set out hay bales and a make a fake campfire. Make up Wanted posters with your child's picture on them.
