Favors-
flowered headbands, leis, grass skirts

Cake-
Hula Girl Cake

1 box cake mix, any flavor
3 cups green frosting
Barbie doll, or similar type doll

Grease and flour a 2-quart ovenproof bowl. Prepare batter as directed on box, and pour into bowl. Bake about 1 hour 15 minutes, or until done. (Test with a toothpick.) Cool about 15 minutes, then invert onto a metal rack. Cool completely. Cut out center of cake (just enough for Barbie to fit into.) Using a cake decorator, frost cake with green frosting, making strands of frosting from top to bottom of cake to resemble grass skirt. Wrap bottom half of doll with plastic wrap. Insert doll into center of cake. Decorate with tiny artificial flowers.
