Stuff I Like to Do
(As if you really care)
There are a lot of things that interest me; these are just a few. . . .
MUSIC
One of my favorite things to do is just sit and listen to the radio. I appreciate all music--pop, R&B, classical, metal, rap. . . . However, my preference is eighties hair bands. I absolutely am in love with Bret Michaels of Poison! I go to their concert in Dallas every year and have a blast!
Of course, since I love music so much, I not only listen to it, I make it, as well. I've been playing piano for about 12 years now, and I also played clarinet in our high school band (which was a very good one, I might mention); I was at the top of the section. However, as much as I like to play instrumental music, my real passion lies in singing; you can ask my parents, my fiancé Eric, and you'll find out that you just can't shut me up. :) I only play music for myself as an emotional outlet; a hobby, and instinct is the only thing that has taught me any technique. Well, I could talk a lot more about this subject, but I know that there probably aren't very many people interested in it, so if you're really crazy and you want to know more, then just email me!
MOVIES
Well, actually, I don't really watch movies that much (not a whole lot of time), but I sometimes get a chance to go and see something with my friends. Actually, these days, I pretty much rely on Blockbuster. The last movie that I saw was Girl, Interrupted, which was ok, although it came out what, four years ago? Although I love horror movies more than anything, my two favorite movies are Save the Last Dance and Enough. I love suspense and I love anything that plays with my mind, so maybe that explains why I like J. Lo movie :). I like Save the Last Dance just because it reminds me of a fun date I had with Eric when it came out in theaters. Other movies that I like are older horror movies, like Carrie, Rosemary's Baby, and The Exorcist. Anyway, I'm far from a movie buff, so this is pretty much all I have to say on the whole subject.
BOOKS
I also love to read; James Patterson is my favorite author. I'm currently reading The Bid Bad Wolf; I'm barely into it, but of course it's good already. If you don't want to read his books, I strongly suggest you at least rent Along Came a Spider--it is awesome, even if you read the book first. I don't do much recreational reading anymore, so I'm a horrible person for advice on good books, unless you want to know which pharmacotherapy books you should use. :)
YO QUIERO MAIL!

I don't like it here--I want to go back home!
