Add moderate amounts of the following foods to your diet: allspice, artichoke, banana, barley, buchu, bugleweed, burdock, cabbage, carrot, corn silk, dandelion, fenugreek, ginseng, lettuce, lily of the valley, nettles, oats, olive, onion, papaya, pea, spinach, sunflower seeds, sweet potato, wormwood, and turnip.
