Nita, Rita & Ruby

'Nita, Rita & Ruby

One of the most fascinating pages in the Nashville book of musical memories belongs to the female close-harmony trio 'Nita, Rita & Ruby. This young, sweet-singing threesome was considered one of the most promising acts in Music City in the mid 1950s.
Even if they hadn't been produced by the legendary Chet Atkins, the three would have garnered considerable attention when they joined forces. 'Nita, Rta & Ruby were all individually known as top starlets of their day.
