Draco stared into Hermione's eyes. Her head neared closer. He closed his eyes, knowing what would happen next....

"Ow! You're aim is kinda off!" said Draco, rubbing his neck.

Hermione blushed. "Oops, sorry." She stood up and ran away.

Ron wiggled his tooth. "I think my tooth is falling out!" he said, his eyes widening in fear.

Laughing, Harry said, "Shouldn't you have lost all your baby teeth a long time ago?"

"Yeah, that's why I'm not pulling this out!" said Ron, his fingers inside his mouth.

Hermione's face lit up. "May I see it?" She reached her hand into Ron's mouth and pulled his tooth out.

"What'd you do that for!" Ron yelled at her.

Hermione rolled her eyes. "Madame Pomfrey will fix it. I.....just wanted to see what it's like for my parents to pull out teeth....." She scraped
the blood off Ron's tooth with her finger and sucked on her finger.

"Ugh..." Harry started to gag as he pushed his tray out of reach.

Harry and Hermione walked into the kitchen.

"Greetings, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger." Dobby bowed as the other house-elves stopped their work and bowed for them.

"Anything I can get for you?" Dobby asked hopefully.

"I'll have a goblet of pumpkin juice," said Harry, using Dobby to his advantage.

Dobby looked at Winky and then back at Harry. "Come with me, Harry Potter. The pumpkin juice is this way."

Harry followed Dobby to the back of the kitchen where Dobby poured him some pumpkin juice.

As he walked back, drinking his juice, he noticed Hermione was drinking something, too.

"What's that?" he asked.

Hermione almost choked up the red liquid. "Uh...nothing!" she said casually. "Just cranberry juice."

"Oh." Harry finished his goblet and then walked out of the kitchen.

*

Harry heard noises from the girls bathroom. He figured it was Moaning Myrtle. Looking around, he walked into the door to visit her.

He stopped short, startled. "Hermione, how did you get here so fast?!"

Hermione appeared to be startled, too. She flung her arm around, knocking over a box.

Harry looked down to where the box fell . Teeth were ubiquitous on the floor.

"Um, Hermione, why do you have a box of teeth?" Harry asked.

"Uh, from my parents, when they pull teeth out...yeah," she said.

"Something's up," said Harry, his eyes narrowing.

Hermione's face turned red. "No, no, nothing's wrong here." She gave Harry a fake smile with a closed mouth.

"Open your mouth." Harry said suspiciously.

Hermione shook her head.

Harry raised his arm, bluffing a hit aimed at her.

Hermione screamed.

Then Harry saw it. Fangs. He gasped and attempted to run out of the bathroom, but Hermione grabbed him.

"Don't tell anyone!" she said strernly.

Harry ignored her. "That's how you knew about Lupin, " he said.

Hermione shrugged. "Werewolves have fangs, too, I was confused."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

She shrugged.

He sighed a disgusted sigh and sat down, looking at the mirror. He felt a sharp pang in his neck.

"AAH!" he screamed. "Bloodsucker!" He cast a sleeping spell on Hermione and dragged her do Madame Pomfrey's office.

"She's a vampire!" he said, pointing to Hermione.

Madame Pomfrey gave Harry a smirky look. "Well of course," she said. "We all are." She showed Harry a toothy smile.

Everyone in her office started to laugh hysterically. Their smiles had all one thing in common. Fangs.
