The Fox and the Hound By Herofox Yet another peaceful day. Three days have past since Tails defeated Antoine & co. Miles and Mia are sitting on a bench in the park. Miles ring gadget starts beeping. Miles: I wonder why it's beeping? Mia: Maybe it has something to do with that blue button that's flashing. Miles: Well it's worth a try. (Miles presses it. A small screen appears with a red echidna man on it. You know its Knuckles but Miles doesn't yet.) Miles: Who are you? Knuckles: Don't you remember? Miles: Wait...I think so! Chuckles isn't it? (Knuckles falls over in stupidity.) Knuckles: ITS KNUCKLES YOU MORON!!! Miles: STOP YELLING!!! I was just kidding! Knuckles: Any way I called to make a request. Could you come back to Mobius and help me fight our new enemies? Miles: I don't know...you see...I have a home here on earth. Not to mention friends and family. Knuckles: Its not like I'm asking you to move here. Just come back everyday to help us. Miles: Well...Ok...but how do I get there? Knuckles: There should be a Ring gate in the woods. Mia: Hey! I think I saw those three animals run through something like that in the forest! Knuckles: That's the one! See ya later! (He deactivates the ring gadget.) Miles: Mia I've got to go. Mia: Wait! He could be one of those thugs from the last time! Miles: I don't think so. They all had red eyes. This guy had purple ones. (Miles finds the Gate.) Miles: Now how do I open it? Lets see...what do those kids say? AH! (Holds his ring gadget up to the gate.) DIGIPORT OPEN!!! (Nothing happens. Miles gets a sweat drop.) Miles: Guess that's not the magic word after all. Magic word...THAT'S IT!!! Miles: OPEN SAYS' a ME!!! (Still nothing.) Miles: THIS IS REALLY STARTING TO TICK ME OFF!!! (A green button on his Ring gadget starts flashing. So does a green light on the Gate.) Miles: Did I do that? (He holds the Light to the gates green switch. It opens.) (Knuckles falls out and lands on Miles) Miles: GET OFF ME CHUCKLES!!! Knuckles: IT'S KNUCKLES YOU BONEHEAD!!! Miles: I KNOW, JUST GET OFF!!! (He gets off.) Knuckles: Well now that wasn't so bad. Glad to see you're in one piece. Miles: Long time no see ...I think. Knuckles: There's someone I would like you to meet...PATCH!!! (A boy aged about nine steps out of the portal he has spiky brown hair and hazel eyes. He is dressed in a blue denim suit with blue and white soap shoes. He also had a small blush mark.) Patch (shyly): Hi. Its nice to meet you Tails. Miles: Hi. Knuckles: Miles Prower, meet Patch Doberman, also known as Hound. My finest enforcer and your number one fan! Miles (blushes): I have a fan club? Knuckles: Yes! Consisting of one member! (Miles falls over in stupidity.) Miles: So who are these bad guys you told me about? Patch: I think we should explain back at base. Miles: Ok. I haven't seen Mobius in years. Knuckles: Then it's settled! Transform and we'll be on our way! Patch: You do know how to work these things right? Miles: Sure do! Patch: Reddy when you are! Miles: Lets do it! Miles & Patch: MOBIAN MORPHER TRANSFORM!!! (Here's how the morphing sequence goes- the ring expands and hovers over the human. He/She jumps through the ring and lands in his/her mobian form. Hound is a dog.) Tails: Ok! HERE WE GO!!! (They jump into the portal.) (They arrive in a small log cabin, made of a type of tree that Tails had not seen before... or had he? Then Hound explained that this was the same building that the three rouges had come back through, but Hound had kicked them out before they had chance to make their base and take over. Hound was the quicker.) Tails: Where abouts are we? Hound: Deep in the mystic ruins forest. We're near the base at the floating islands. C'mon! (And just like that they began to run towards the base. Tails was flying at his fastest. Cause hound was a dog he could run at high speeds and wasn't even breaking a sweat. Tails was sweating a lot and was flying a lot faster and suddenly...) Tails: OOOOOEWWWWWWW... Hound: What's wrong? Tails: I think I sprained my tail. Hound: Well get on my back and I'll carry you. Tails: You can do that? Hound: Sure I can now c'mon we have to hurry! (Quicker that lightning, Hound was off with Tails holding on for shear life.) (They reached base quicker than a mobian on laxatives. In case you didn't know, laxatives are crap-a-lot drinks to keep you regular.) Tails: (gasping for breath) Little slower next time please? Hound: But I WAS going slow. Tails: (with his jaw on the ground) Wahhhhhhhh!!! He's faster than Sonic! ?????: He's no-where near as fast as me! (They all look round and see Sonic standing in the door way.) Sonic: Hey, Tails! Watcha been up to these few years? Tails: Settled down with a girl and had a few laughs, but I missed running with you buddy (Tails said with a tear in his eye) Sonic: It's been quiet without you**maybe that was a good thing? **(Sonic whispered) Knux: Didn't think I'd hear that did you sonic? I heard every thing! (Sonic has a drop of sweat on the side of his head and has a miniature laugh.) Knux: Maybe we should rest first, we've got a long day ahead of us. Mina: Hey there! What are you guys talking about? (Mina is a sonic speed mongoose.) Knux: Hi Mina. Can you put the teapot on? Mina: TAILS!? IS THAT YOU!? (Runs at hyper speed and gives him a Tails a bear hug, even though he's not a bear.) Tails (short of breath): YOU'LL BREAK...MY RIBS...IF YOU DON'T...PUT ME DOWN!!! Knux (Quietly): I found him...where's my hug? Mina (Dashes over to Knuckles): Right here! (She gives him a tighter hug.) (Meanwhile. In a fortress somewhere. A Wolf is polishing a golden axe. Rotor steps into the room.) Rotor: Hey Storm! Antoine wants to see ya! (Storm is the wolf.) Storm: Ok. Thanks Rote! Rotor: That's a nice axe you got there! What's it made from? Storm: Bwaaahhhhhhahahahah... Power rings. That twerp hound won't be able to beat me again! It's made of thirty power rings and weighs 5.2 kilos! It's got a cool aerodynamic blade and an electricity proof rubber handle! It can cut through almost anything! Rotor: Gee's it sound like you're in love with the thing. Storm: I am what are you getting at? (by this time rotor is belly side up laughing his head of.) (storm picks up rotor, and seems to have fire in his eyes...literally.) Storm: 72 mechas totalled because of hound... and he is not going to get away with this hitocracy. THIS TIME HE'LL PAY!!! (Rotor is covering his ears, cause storm is shouting so much.) (Storm walks into the main chamber where Antoine is.) Storm: Hey ant what did you want me for? Antoine: Well for starters, how about opening doors quietly. Storm: HUH? YOU BROUGHT ME HERE JUST TO TELL ME THAT? Antoine: NO! For work dummy! We're low on funds so go rob a bank. Storm: You gotta' be kiddin' me! You're not kiddin' are you? (Back at Tails HQ a meeting was going on. Tails was then kitted out with his rocket gauntlets and ring sword.) Knux: Ok, now you and Hound are ready to begin your mission. Tails: Ok, what's the target. Hound: Antoine and co's new HQ. Sonic: While Tails and Hound are in the base, Knuckles and me will be taking out the mechas out side of the building. Get it? Hound: Got it. Knux: Good. Tails: I don't get it? (all of them fall back in stupidity.) (all 4 go to the new base of Antoine's.) Sonic: Ok here's we split up. Everyone else: Right! (As Tails and Hound walk into the base they run into storm hound and Storm stare at each other for 10 secs.) Hound: Hey Storm, how's life treating you? Storm: HHHOOOUUUNNND!! Tails: Hey hound at least he remembers your name. Hound: Cool axe. Made of power rings is it? Storm: Yeah. I finally found the perfect weapon to waste you with! Hound: You mean to get wasted BY me don't you? Storm: I'll get you! (He swings his axe at Hound, who dodges it with incredible speed.) Hound: Tails, you go on ahead and kick Antoine up the rear and I'll finish Storm. Tails: Roger. Hey Storm who is Roger, is he part of your group or what? Storm: I'll get you Tails! Hound (Jumps at Storm with a scythe): Not so fast Storm!. Tails go NOW! (Tails runs off to the main chamber where Antoine is cowering.) Tails: Hey Ant, come out here and play! Antoine (draws his sword): Very well. We'll zee how tough you are when we fight with MY zpecialty...Zwords! Tails: I can beat that. (Draws his sword that is twice as big as Antoine's.) Antoine: Oh my what a big z.. Zz..ww.ooorr.ddd....you.. Have...Tails. (taking large gulps.) Tails: All the better to slice you to bits. C' MERE!! (Tails Charges at Antoine who thanks to a fluke blocks with his sword.) Tails: Very good but flukes don't suit you buddy. Death is more your style. Antoine: Not today I zincs. (He throws a smoke bomb at Tails and the smoke fills the room. As the smoke clears Antoine is gone and cant be seen anywhere.) Tails: DARNIT!! (All members re-convene in the main hall and say to tails about what happened at their ends of the battle, and then they asked Tails how he went on.) Tails: Well you see...(Tails started to talk extremely quickly hoping no-one would under stand him.) Antoinethrewagascanistericoulntseeandhegotaway. Knux: He got away? Tails: (with a sweat mark) That just about covers it yes. Sonic: Well it's your first day back. We won't rag on ya. Tails: So Hound, how'd you do with storm? Hound: Well it goes like this...(starts to remember it visually) I remember that he knocked my scythe out of my hand, and I tried to get at him with an electric tail attack but I didn't work cause he had rubber on the axe handle. He was about to finish me off when I saw he was standing under the branch of a tree. I used an electric blast to hit the tree, it came crashing down KOing storm on the head. (They all laugh at this and return back to the base, and tails prepares to go back through the portal.) Hound: Hey Tails, is it ok if I come along with you? Tails: Sure why not? I've got nothing else left to do here. See you guys another time ok? Sonic & Knux: Bye Tails (A gust of wind flies through the room and grabs hold of tails giving him a big bear hug.) Mina: I'll miss you tails **not as much as I'd miss sonic.** (she mumbles.) Tails: Bye guys! C'mon Hound lets go. Hound: Right behind you! (They activate the portal and jump through. When they get back, they deactivate their mobian forms then they are greeted by Mia.) Mia: MILES!! YOU'RE BACK? Miles: Yep and I brought a friend with me. This is Patch. Patch: Hi. (Turns to Miles.) Is she your girlfriend? Miles: Yes. Now lets never speak of it again! Mia (blushes): That's Ok. Miles (Whispers to Mia): So what do you think of him so far? Mia: I'm not sure if he's a good influence on you Miles. Miles: Well shall we go home? Mia: Ok, but my cousin Hank knows about the transforming thing. Miles & Patch: (with jaws on the floor looking at each other) WWWAAAAAHHHHH!!!! Mia: What? Did I do something wrong? Miles: Well it was a secret but I suppose the cats out of the bag now. Patch: rrrrrrr...There are cats round here..rrrrrr....rrrrr....rrrrr. (They all walk off into the sunset.) (Meanwhile...) (In a Castle on Mobius.) Female voice: So Tails is back? Storm: Yes. Should I stop him? Voice: Not just yet. I'd like to meet him in person, after all these years. Storm: And Hound? Voice: Feel free to play with him as much as you like. He is of no importance to me. Storm: As you wish ** I'll get you yet Hound!** Voice: Soon Tails. Very soon Honey. Who is this mysterious woman? What dose she have planned for Tails? Will Hank revile Mile's & Patch's secret?
