Hound vs. Storm by Herofox edited by Hellfox. Last time on "Hero Fox" Storm kidnapped Mia and ransomed her for the chaos emeralds. Tails & Friends rescued her and now Storm is after Hound because it's his job to get Mia to safety. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Storm: Stop right there Hound! Hound: Give me one good reason! Storm (with a gun): Here's one! (He fires a stun blast at Hound. Hound is covered in red lightning, and Mia is thrown off his back and rolls down a hill.) (Storm jumps down the hill with a rope.) Storm: Come on human! You have a chance to help me win this war! Mia: You don't have to do this. Storm: Wanna bet? As soon as a destroy Tails I'll parade his body throughout the cities of Mobius as an example to all who make fun the mighty Storm! (He approaches Mia, but a blast of green lightning his him.) Storm: YYOOOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!! Hound: Did you think you could get rid of me THAT easily? (He punches Storm in the gut and then in the face. Hound gets his scythe for the final blow but...) Mia: Hound stop it! Hound: What!? Mia: That's enough Hound. You've already beaten him. Storm: I'll get you next time! (He runs off.) Hound: That was stupid. I may not get another chance to finish him. (Later...) Hound: Why the silent treatment? Is it cause I called you stupid? If it is then I'm really sorry. (Mia says nothing.) Hound: C'mon! I was just trying to protect you! Mia: I don't like it when people fight. Hound: I didn't like it when I. But then I learned that sometimes you've got to fight. Mia: Fighting only leads to more fighting. Hound: Maybe. But there are people in the world who words alone can't reach. Mia: I don't think everyone on Mobius is like that. Hound: No, they're not all like that. C'mon lets get something to eat. Mia: All right. You could use a rest though. Hound: I might just do that, thanks. (They stop in a clearing to have lunch, and then Mia pulls out a spread of delicious sandwiches and a flask of tea.) Hound: There's no way you could have made that here. Mia: I have a little confession to make... They were Storms; I think it's his lunch. Hound: Well if you don't mind, I don't either. (Meanwhile...) Storm: Not only has a kid humiliated me, but now Mia's took my lunch! (Two figures approach. One is Nack the weasel. The other is Drago the wolf.) Storm: It's about time you two showed up! Drago: Sorry but the weasel stopped for a snack. Nack: The problem is, this guy stopped to raid a hotdog stand. Storm: I don't have time for excuses! Right now the target is that puppy, HOUND! Nack: You can't even beat a kid? Storm: Ha! He's just lucky that I can't get him at the right time! But with you two helping me, I can finally catch him! Drago: When do we get paid? Storm: When Hound is destroyed. NO SOONER! (Meanwhile...) Mia: So how long is it till we get to your base? Hound: About ten minuets. Mia: Well we might as well just relax for now. Hound: So how long have you known Tails? Mia: About six years. My father found him in a field and took care of him. Hound: Cool. Mia: So how long have you known him? Hound: Since the first day he came back to Mobius. Mia: So that's when he became so arrogant. (Joking.) Hound: Hey that's not fair, but I think its true. Mia: Well it's time to get going. Hound: Your right. (They start to walk off when Storm arrives.) Storm: Hey Mia! Get back here! You stole my lunch and I want it back! Hound: Well you're gonna have to wait three days for it then come to me and hang round my toilet for a while. Storm: You disgusting runt! For that I will kill you! Hound: Just bring it on pizza face! Storm: That does it! Mia: Will you two STOP! (Both of them freeze in a battle pose.) Hound: What is it? Storm: Yeah, what's up with you? Mia: Don't you guys realise that you fight cause you're friends? Hound: Me? Friend's with him? No way! Storm: What the dog said. Hound: That's Hound you perforated dunce. Mia: So NOW he's using his brain. Shish. Hound: Will you quit it and let us fight? Mia: I suppose so. (Storm and Hound continue a 7-hour free for all battle and when Mia yawns...) Both: YOU GOT SOMETHING TO SAY? Mia (with a drop of sweat.): No nothing at all...why do you ask? Hound: You shouldn't stick around Mia! It's not safe! (He turns back to face Storm who slashes across the chest with his axe.) Mia: Hound! (Hound is on the floor face down.) Hound: Mia...run! Storm: If I were you, I'd be more worried about myself! (He goes in for the final blow. But a big rock hits him in the head.) Mia (holding another rock.): Here! Have another! (She throws the rock at him. Then she picks up Hound and runs away.) (Meanwhile...) Tails: We've defeated the badniks so lets find Mia! Saber: I was just thinking of a story about king Arthur. His wife was kidnapped once. Tails: What happened to her? Saber: Sir Lancelot, King Arthur's best knight, rescued her and I think that lead to a royal love triangle. (Saber look at Tails. But in his place there is a Tails-shaped dust cloud.) Tails: HHOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNND!!!!!!!! Saber (shouting to Tails): WAIT! I WAS JUST KIDDING! (Back to Mia. She is putting a bandage on Hounds chest.) Hound: How come you didn't run when I asked you to? Mia: I don't like it when people get hurt. That's why I hate fighting. Hound: Well, thanks for saving me. But next time please run. I don't want anything bad to happen to you. Mia: That's so sweet. (Hound blushes but hides it as best he can.) Hound: I think its time to go, don't you? I think Tails will be looking for us. Mia: Maybe you're right, anyway, Tails would find me before anything bad would happen. (Suddenly a large explosion erupted below them.) Hound: Mia, look out! (He pushes Mia) Mia: Owww, Hound be more careful. (Just then hound was engulfed in a large ball of flames.) Storm: He can't withstand THAT much heat, and now young lady, you are coming with me. Mia: Hound...no...it can't be true...it just can't be... (In the intense heat a pair of red ovals start to glow in the flame, and then steps out Hound, but he was different, apart from all his fur being singed, the rest was all stood on end. And that, from a dog or puppy, can cause serious trouble...) Hound: Hey Storm, take this... (Suddenly Hound vanishes, then reappears at the back of storm and with his most powerful kick, he sent him flying vertically, then when he came back down, he kicked him horizontally far in to the distance.) Mia: Wow? Where did all that power come from? Hound: It's a knack! (Meanwhile...) Storm: Owww! Why does he have to do that every time I see him? Voice: Maybe cause you're a loser. Storm: Nack is that you? Nack: Yep, it's me, and my partner, Drago. Drago: Hey wwwwwwaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzsssssuuuuuppppppp????? Storm: And that was? Nack: Drago, you watch too much T.V. Storm: Hey do you want to do me a favour? Nack: No favours, were mercenaries now. (Pulls out a gun, to show Storm.) Nack: With this, Hound will soon tremble in fear! Storm: And what's that gun for? Nack: All mercenaries use guns. Storm: WELL UNLESS YOURS ARE ISSUED WITH SILVER BULLETS YOU WON'T SATAND MUCH OF A CHANCE!! Drago: Don't shout I have a headache. Storm: YOU'LL HAVE MORE THAN A HEADACHE WHEN I'VE FINISHED WITH YOU! (While Storm was screaming, Hound was making a speedy dash towards where Tails was, and Tails was doing a sub-sonic dash from the other side when.... CRASH!) Mia: Wahhh...Hey if that's going to happen don't go that fast. Tails: (in a daze) Hey, did any one catch the licence plate on that bus that just hit me? Hound: (in a daze too) No but I think it hit me as well. Mia (hugging Tails): It's you! Tails: Yeah. Lets go home. Nack: You're not going anywhere. Drago: What he said. Storm: Now I'm forced to use hired help. LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO HOUND!! Tails: WATCH OUT IT'S THE GOON PLATOON! Drago: That's right. ??????? WAS THAT AN INSULT!? Tails: Of course it was lame brain! (He fires a barrage of fox claw rockets. Drago is knocked into the river.) Hound: Now it's my turn! (He zaps Nack with electricity. Drago is zapped as well cause he is wet.) Storm: You two are useless! Saber: Takes one to know one! (Saber uses his sharp shot to send Storm flying.) Tails: Lets get these goons home! (He and Saber spin the other two around in a circle and then throw them to Sally's castle.) Sally: Mashed Storm for lunch again? (Drago and Nack fly onto the plate.) Sally: Ah now here's something nutritious. He he! (Back to the goodies.) Tails: Mia! (Tails grabs her and swings her round.) I thought I'd lost you. Mia: You'll never lose me. I'll always be there for you. (They hug. Tails uses his tails to point his friends to go away.) Saber: C'mon Hound. Hound: Bye Tails! Bye Mia! (Mia waves goodbye to the duo.) Tails: Mia, there's something I've been wanting to do for six years now. (Turns into Miles.) Mia: I...I...know. (She closes her eyes. Miles closes his. They kiss.) Miles thoughts: Mia...I have to make sure nothing like this happens to you again. I'll make Storm pay for this! Although I could never have the courage to say this...I love you. Mia's thoughts: Oh Miles, I wish you didn't have to fight all the time. I always worry about you. I'm so scared of losing you. I...I love you Miles. What will the Goon Platoon do next?
