A rival revives by Herofox Last time- Evil Knuckles snatched a chaos emerald and hurt Mia during his getaway. Tails and Knuckles, accompanied by Merlin Prower, opened up the gate to a zone full of chaos emeralds and gold rings. Evil Knuckles leapt into the zone to get more powerful. The real Knuckles leapt into the zone to fight his rival. (On the floating island, the boys of Chaotix are planning their next move.) Remington: If Knuckles is dukeing it out with someone who looks exactly like him, it could spell trouble. Mighty: I say we just go to the special zone and help Knux bust up that copycat! Espio: Yeah! Let's kick some butt! Vector: Are you guys thinking straight? If the fake Knuckles gets enough emeralds he'll reach his solar form he'll bust US up! (In the Anti-Mobians base, Anti-Bunnie meets up with the leader of the new villains.) Anti-Buns: You sent for me master? ?????: Yes my dear. Has Tails rejoined the battle? Anti-Buns: I'm afraid so master. If he turns into that Hero Fox guy we're in big trouble! ?????: Not nessaserly. I have found a way to beat him. Anti-Buns: You have? ?????: Yes. It involves "The Black Lustre Ritual". Anti-Buns: What's the Black lustre ritual? ?????: In a moment, I'll show you. But for now, come to me. (Anti-Bunnie steps forward and the shadow rests one hand on the back of her head and puts the other hand on Anti-Bunnies back. He then kisses her on the lips as she puts her arms around him.) (Over to Robotnik) Robotnik: Open hailing frequencies Mr Snivly! Snivly: We have Nack on line one sir. Nack: Wada ya want egg-belly? Robotnik: Doh! (Clams down.) I want you to get rid of little Tails for me. If you succeed, you'll be handsomely rewarded. Nack: No problem! I've been waiting to get my own back on the little creep for a while now! (They close coms.) Snivly: What reward did you have in mind Dr Robotnik? Robotnik: Saving him from Robotasation! BWAHAHAHA!!! (In the special zone.) Knuckles: This is where it ends, Faker! Evil Knux: Faker? That's a good one! Knuckles: Here's another! (He punches his counterpart and they start fighting.) THUNDER KNUCKLE! (The good Knuckles shoots a lightning bolt at Evil Knux who opens up his dread locks just as the thunder bolt blew up an emerald behind him: propelling him into the air.) Evil Knux: DRILL CLAW! (He starts spinning and dives down at Knuckles. Knux uses a double fist block used by boxers and counter attacks with an uppercut. Evil Knuckles recovers and punches Knuckles two feet away.) Evil Knux: If you think that was good, wait till you see the next thing I have planned for you! His thoughts: As soon as I collect enough emeralds, I'll finally be able to get revenge on...Him. (Flashback: the green Knuckles is getting beaten up by the shadow Anti-Buns was kissing earlier. The shadow runs through him several times before punching him into a brick wall, toppling the building.) ?????: What a pity. I could have used that house. Evil Knux: You jerk! I swear I will avenge this defeat! (End of flashback.) Evil Knux: Get ready bud! (He become Evil Hyper Knuckles) Knuckles: Let's do it! (He becomes Hyper Knuckles.) Evil Knux thoughts: If I'm going to find out if I'm ready to take on that creep, I'll have to fight my other self at his best. E.H. Knuckles: Don't hold back! Give it all you got! (He becomes Evil Neo Knuckles.) Hyper Knux: Fine with me! (Becomes Neo Knuckles.) E.N. Knux: Now I'll show you power superior to that of a hyper Mobian. (With that he dashes into the air and grabs 10 more emeralds. After absorbing the emeralds his fur turns dark blue.) Evil Knux: Behold! EVIL SOLAR KNUCKLES!!! Neo Knuckles: Darn it! E. S. Knux: Here! Take these! (He throws down 10 more emeralds to Neo Knux.) Neo Knux: Why? E.S Knux: Because I don't want to be insulted be having anything less than the fight of your most supreme form! Now, transform again! Neo: If you insist! (He absorbs the emeralds and his fur changes blue.) SOLAR KNUCKLES!!! E.S. Knux: No holding back! Let's do this! Solar Knux: You got it! (The two blue echidnas race at each other with a massive tackle that shakes the entire zone.) (On the floating island. Tails and Flash are walking through the park. Tails is lost in his thought.) Flash: Penny for your thoughts Tails? Tails: Huh? Oh! I was just thinking about Mia. Flash: As usual... Tails: Not like that! I mean how different our relationship was before I came back to Mobius. Flash: How's that? Tails: Back on Earth I liked her a lot. We were as close as brother and sister. But now... I love Mobius. I have friends here. And now I have a real family. Before I was stranded on Earth, Sally was just like a mother to me. She taught me a lot of stuff when I was a kid. Rotor taught me all I know about machines. Bunnie taught me how to fight. Antoine used to tell me stories about the battles he fought when he went to Robotropolis. Of course I knew he was just making them up, but still, we had a lot of laughs together. Flash: I guess you really like them a lot. Tails: Yeah. Now I like them more than Mia. Flash: Wow. Tails: Yeah. When she recovers I'm going to send her back to Earth. Flash: Alone? Tails: Nah. I'll ask Hound to go back and stay with her. (Suddenly Nack shows up with a gun in his hand.) Nack: Hold it twerps! Tails: Not you again! Nack: That's right! Nack the weasel, your archrival! Flash: What do you want this time creep? Nack: Tails on a silver platter! Tails: Try if you want fang face but you're just a stepping-stone on my way to crush Robotnik! Nack: That's it! (He gets ready to shoot at Tails but Flash pulls out her whip and cracks it around the gun, pulling it from Nacks hand. Tails sees this opportunity to punch Nack in the stomach. Nack retaliates by punching Tails in the jaw. Tails then starts spinning his Tails and jumps at Nack, smashing him into a tree. Before Tails could strike another blow at Nack, the dastardly sniper pulled out a metal orb and presses a button on it. The orb emits a blinding light that dazes Tails and Flash.) Nack: You haven't seen the last of me Prower! I'll be back! (He runs away.) Flash: Are you alright Tails? Tails: Yeah. I'm fine. That was pretty neat work with the whip. You really saved our lives. Flash: Thanks. But you were pretty brave taking him on all by yourself. (They do a thing that spots men do after a match. It's like a cross between a hi-five and a handshake.) Flashes thought: His hand sure is strong. But it's warm too. The handshake of a nice guy. I think I've taken too long on this episode already so it'll have to be continued another time.
