Well, this little Chloe here sure has bloomed. She was a very nippy, jumpy little doe when we first carried her home in April 2001. She would nip at your chest while you were carrying her. |

chloe is from a greek word Khloe, meaning a young green shoot. It has come to mean blooming or verdant. In Greek mythology, Chloe was the name of the goddess of green grain. |

She was also the first to jump up the cage and eat a tub of raisins. She's still jumpy, and startles easily. But she's most people's favourite on first sight. |
She's the adventurer in the family. I was surprised to find her upstairs one day snuggling into the sofa-bed in the guest room [haha, i later discovered she mauled a corner of it]. |
