• Publish a regular newsletter on issues related to alcohol and its abuse for young people. It is hoped it will be supported and contributed to by popular entertainers and sports men and women. It is to be circulated through schools, youth organisations and libraries develop multi media materials which may be readily used by schools and youth organisations to inculcate in young people responsible attitudes towards drinking alcohol.

• Provide a central source of information through a web page of counselling services, rehabilitation and other programmes related to alcoholism within Ireland.

The intention is to work with other agencies, medical and counselling organisations, police and social workers as well as people from the entertainment and drinks industry to develop and promote a powerful message to foster responsible attitudes to drinking alcohol.
