Parp is coming to Hewitt School!!

Your Parp (Parents as Reading Partners) reading challenge will begin on April 1st and run through April 17th. This year our theme will is "Can't "BEAR" to "BEE" Without Books". Join us as we challenge you to read at least 15 minutes each night. We will ask you record your minutes read and submit at the end of each week. Each week we have fun events planned and we hope you just enjoy being a part of this fun reading  challenge. As always there will be incentives for you to read as much as you can, for example pizza parties, ice cream parties and a raffle.

On April 1st you will receive a bag filled with puzzles, information and a calendar of events associated with the Parp reading challenge. Teachers, parents, and students are all excited for this challenge to begin.

So don't forget to look for your bag on April 1st so you have everything you need to start reading. Most of all have fun!
