Welcome Back Parents & Students:
Each year the PTA gives Kindergarten and new students a Trip t-shirt free of
charge. Please do not send in a response for a t-shirt if you are a new
student of a Kindergartener. As last year, we are offering the chance for
returning students to purchase a new shirt if necessary due to loss or growth.
As you may recall the t-shirt is to be worn on all Hewitt field trips. This
enables your child’s teacher as well as other chaperones in distinguishing our
Hewitt children from others. All the teachers as a great safety measure praised
this simple form of recognition. The t-shirt is available at a nominal cost of
$5.00. We would appreciate your response by September 13th so we can
get our order in as soon as possible. This way all students will have T-shirts
for the first field trips in October. Please return the bottom of this form
along with $5.00 cash or check made out to Hewitt PTA in an envelope marked
Hewitt Trip T-Shirts. Thank you for your cooperation. Any questions please
