II Sicc Presents - Talez From the Sicc
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- Intro. It has a clip from the movie "Creepshow." I like the concept for
the intro. A good clip to start it off.
- The siccest of the sicc!! This track is off tha hook!! The beat is perfect
and the background affects are just as good. The flows are just as good as
they mingle with each other going from one rapper to the next. The best
track on the album. Too bad it came so early on the album.
- The background affects are very good. The beat is suttle, but good and the
flows are excellent. The hook is pretty good too. A pretty good track
overall, but it had a hard act to follow.
- The same as track number one except of course it's just the intrumental version.
The production from Big Squeeze comes off very clean. The beat is hard and there
are plenty of background affects to add to the track. The production gets your
head moving and you into the track. Clean work by Big Squeeze, I'm feeling it.
- The beat is sicc. Hollow tip rips up the mic to start off the track. The hook
has a good flow to it also. The second verse is very good. A catchy track to
listen to. Very good overall.
- DAMN! The beat and background affects are perfect! This is another one of my
favorite tracks for that reason. The flows go perfectly with the beat and
everyone rips up the mic with some coo lyrics. Track gets my head moving. A
sicc track overall.
- I'm not really feeling the flows on this one, but I do like the hook. The
beat and background affects are clean, but the flows are a little dissapointing
on this one.
- This is my least favorite track because of the opening vocals. The flows are
very slow too and the beat isn't that good. Really the only track that I just
hate every aspect of it. Every other track on the album is much better than this
one for lots of reasons.
- A Jim Stone Capone solo. He rips up the mic with some sicc lyrics. The beat he
flows to is good and the background affects are great. The hook is sicc too.
Just a plain sicc track overall.
- Droop starts the track off with his fast paced flows. The beat is good and very
catchy. The background affects are sicc too. The hook is coo cause of Droop's
fast pace. J and O.Z. have some coo flows too. This track is another one of my
favorites.
- Not really into the slow pace of this track, but I like the guitar work in the
background. The flows are pretty good and the lyrics have some true feeling for
II Sicc's music. I'm not really feeling Mr. Kee's verse though.
- A very catchy track. The beat and background affects get you into it. Even though
I think there's too many people on this track they all have some good flows.
J, Blac and Hollow stand out as the best flows though.
- I'm loving the production on this track. The beat and background affects are sicc.
Not really feeling Mr. Kee's flows here either, but I do like the other verses.
A sicc track for the production.
- This track is also featured on the West Coast Gold Compilation. Andre Nickatina
rips up the mic on this track. I'm feeling this track. Another one of my personal
favorites. Not liking Lolo's verse though, otherwise good.
- I like the production on this one too. The first verse is off tha hook! The hook
is pretty sicc too. This is just a sicc track all the way around.
- Can't go wrong with Hollow Tip and Young Droop. This track is also featured on
Young Droop - Moment of Impakt. This track is the original version., the one on
MOI must be a remix.. I like this one better.
- The Mob Figaz come clean on this track, but I'm not feeling the guitar work on
this one. Still some clean flows though by some great rappers. A good track for
the flows, not for the production.
- This is a decent track all around. There is nothing that really stands out, but
nothing that it bad. Everything makes for a good track overall.
- The last track that has flows on it. A nice freestyle leads into C-Bo's flow. A
great track to add to the album. Rod Dee is also on this, but not listed on the
track listing. This track is also featured on Bay Area Playas 3.
- Another clip from "Creepshow." A coo little way to finish the album.
Overall this album has some definite heat to it. I was feeling most of the tracks
and everyone who appeared on it. Wish there had been a little more of II Sicc by
themselves, but it's still a sicc album. Pick it up if you don't got it.
