E-40 - Tha Hall of Game
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- E-40 gets the album started off right with this track. He disses Rasheed Wallace on this
track. The beat is tight and I'm feeling 40's flow. This is just a tight track all
around. A great track to start the album off with. I'm feeling it.
- This track follows the last one with more heat. Too $hort and E-40 rip up the mic on
this one. K-Ci comes tight on the hook. The beat is clean and I'm feeling the production
as a whole. Just a tight ass track overall. I'm feeling it.
- 40 flows with the quickness on this track. The pace of the beat isn't that fast, but he
goes fast on the mic. The beat is alright, but it's nothing special. This is a coo track
overall, but compared to the first two is only alright.
- 2Pac brings some heat to this track, but actually I'm not feeling his verse the most.
B-Legit comes hard on this one and 40 spits some tight shit. The beat is alright and I
like the instruments. It's a tight track from start to finish.
- Just some talking on this track. It's alright, but the album could have been done
without it.
- The beat is tight on this one and gets your head moving. 40 comes with some tight lyrics
and the production is perfect. This is just one of those tracks that you want to get
down to. I'm feeling this track to the fullest. Tight!!!
- A nice slow paced track here. 40 spits some lyrics from the heart. He talks about life
in Vallejo. The beat is sweet and fits in perfectly with his flow. 40 spits some funny
lyrics and some heart felt ones. This is a just a sweet track all around. I'm feeling
it to the fullest.
- The background effects are coo, but I'm not feeling the beat too much. 40 doesn't sound
very loud either. It's hard to make out some of his lyrics for some reason. The hook is
tight and I like the lyrics 40 spits. It's a coo track overall.
- This is a tight track. Keak Da Sneak, Spice 1, Harm and 40 all come tight on this one.
Keak starts it off with a coo verse. 40 has the next verse and spits some tight lyrics.
Spice 1 is third and comes tight and Harm comes with some coo lyrics. Just some classic
Bay cats puttin it down.
- Just a little skit. Guy talks about pimps.
- 40 spitting some true pimp lyrics on this one. The only other two artists that come with
tight pimp lyrics like 40 are Too $hort or Dru Down. The beat isn't that great, but 40's
lyrics more than make up for it. I do like the hook a lot too. A tight track
overall.
- Two clicks members spittin some tight lyrics. B-Legit talks more about that hemp and 40
comes with those pimp style lyrics. The beat is tight and gets your head moving. It has
more of that '70s R&B style to it. This is a tight track overall. Some heat working
here.
- I like the piano on this track. A lot of heart here. It has that slow soft feel to it.
40 talks about life and the hardships people face everyday and how things'll never
change. I'm feeling it, a very heart felt track.
- Yet another tight ass track. Everyone comes hard as fuck on this track. The beat fits in
for the flows and I like the background effects. The hook is clean and I'm feeling just
about everything going on for this track. A tight track overall.
- I'm not really feeling this track too much. The beat isn't that great, even though I
like the background effects. 40 doesn't come off that hard to me. It's a decen track,
but compared to the other tracks on this album I'm not feeling it.
- 40 at his best. The beat is perfect for his flow and he spits some tight ass lyrics. I
really can't say much more, just a clean track for 40. A good track to end the album
with.
Overall I'm feeling this album to the fullest. I wasn't really a 40 fan until I heard
this album. He comes tight on almost every track. I like the people who are featured and
the production is clean. Just a tight album from a classic Bay cat. Get it!
