Eminem - Eminem Show
Reviewed By: Mista MC
- Nothin but a intro.
- The king of controversy is back, and starts this song off with some serious topics. Not only does he write the illest
lyrics, he always speaks the truth on his songs. On this song he spits about everything your average person wouldn't
even think, or know about.
- This song is kinda pop-ish, the fun flow, and the fun beat. I'm not really feeling the flow on this track since I've heard
it a million times by everyone else, just with not tight lyrics like Eminem Has. This song is ok, nothin special or anything
to keep on repeat.
- Very laid back song, with the corniest intro on a song I've ever heard. The way he's talking in the beginning makes it
seem like his mouth is right in front of the microphone and sounds like it would be more like a freestyle. On this track
he talks about how all the people are after him for his lyrics, and parents bitchin about what he says on his songs.
- This song starts off tight, but the lyrics are kinda different then your average Eminem song, he disses Canibus on this
song, calling him "Can-I-Bitch." This song sounds like it was written really quick.
- A Somewhat funny skit of Eminem cussing like crazy and seeing his girl kiss another guy.
- Ok, personally I hate this song with a passion, the beat starts off wack, and dosen't change up what so ever. It seems
more like West Coast lyrics by a MC, and it dosen't fit Eminem's style what so ever. This song would never get a
chance at the repeat button, NEXT!!!
- A nice start in this song, but when the beat drops, it's wack. A lot of filler lyrics in this song, goes in one ear and out
the other.
- First off the chorus is weird as hell, and the topic is weird, but Obie Trice drops a nice hot verse. Seems like a verse
2Pac would spit, but it's more of a East Coast MC rhyme. A nice verse by Eminem, he spits some hardcore lyrics on
it, and arranged the lyrics very well.
- This is another pop type song by Eminem, the lyrics seem more fun, then meaningful. This was the first hit single from
this album. Even though the beat is kinda corny Eminem still busts on this song to his fullest.
- A worthless skit for the album. Pointless. NEXT!!!
- Yes, bout time, this is the Eminem I know. On this song it's nothin but hardcore lyrics and a very ill, bumpin beat. I'm
not feeling the chorus what so ever, but the lyrics and the verses are perfect.
- A nice start on this song, and the chorus is awesome. After hearing this song 10 times one night and listening to the
lyrics through each time, this has to be one of the best Eminem songs ever. If Eminem ever released a full album like
this, full of hot lyrics like he wrote for this song, it'd be a classic for sure.
- This has to be the best song on the whole album. The verses are ok and the singing is kinda corny, but the chorus is
one of the realest things I've ever heard from Eminem. I'm not sure of the sample on the chorus, but he brought it
back up and made it another classic besides the original. The last verse is hella long and it's the only part on this song
where he's rapping, and the whole verse is hot. It really explains his life with his daughter, and the pain his wife and
mother has put him though.
- Very funny skit, and Steve gets his ass popped.
- This song is nothin special, seems like another filler, just talking about kicking peoples asses, and dissing people but
not saying any names.
- Very simple beat on this song, but Dre and Eminem still run this beat over. Eminem's verse is somewhat tight, not the
greatest, and Dre's verse is pretty tight, a nice diss to Jermaine Dupri.
- Pretty nice track, I've heard this beat a million times. This would be a perfect song introducing a concert. On this song
Eminem is getting a lot of stuff off his chest, and is going crazy on the mic. Nice wave chorus by Nate Dogg.
- A tight song. What's tight about it is when he's rapping he's got his daughter in the background making funny noises.
The best part of this song is the intro and the chorus.
- This is the last track on the album, and it's some guy with a weird voice, replacing the "Without Me" song with some
stupid lyrics, sounds like it's a diss to someone, you be the judge.
- Track 21
Overall this album is very different then the first two Eminem albums, and the D12 group album. I wouldn't say it's
better then any of those, but it's still a very tight album. The beats on this album are very different, and the direction of
the lyrics are somewhat different on this album. In the end I'd say you should pick it up to take a peak at the new style
of Eminem.
