Fig Naytion - Nationz Capitol
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- The fist track off Fig Naytion's first solo album. Brotha Lynch Hung gives him a good
intro for the album and Fig Naytion takes over to give a sicc flow. Good track to
start off the album.
- I love the hook to this track. A nice beat goes along well with his medium paced flow.
The background affects are good. A good first solo track on the album.
- Good production on this track. The hook is good and Fig Naytion just flows. Lyrics are
about the game. JohnnieSide has some heat on this track too.
- Skit. Like the little beat in the background.
- This is one of my favorite tracks. The beat is just plain sicc. The flow is sicc, the
affects are sicc. Let's face it, the track is sicc. Make sure to listen to it.
- Lost in space? Well I get lost on this track cause I'm not really feelin' it. I pass
it up. Don't like the beat or the lyrics.
- This track is sicc. Lots of flows with a good beat to go along with it. All the rappers
have sicc verses. the hook lets down, but that's the only downer.
- The third solo track has a nice medium paced to it with a good base line to it. Fig
flows about moving up in the rap game. Not a very good track really.
- Not really feelin' this track either. The beat isn't really that good and the flow
isn't good either. The lyrics are mostly about JohnnieSide gettin' Fig's back.
- Phonk Beta has a good verse on this track, but it's still not that good of a track. I
don't like the hook much, and the flow of the track doens't fit well.
- The final solo track on the album has a little heat to it. The flow is much better
than the previous tracks and the beat and affects are much better. Only beef is that
speed of the track, would have been better faster.
- Fig's shout out to everyone who made his music possible. Tall CannG has a good verse
on this track too, the beat is ok and the flow is good.
- I like the hook to this track, but I don't like the flow of Fig. He's going to slow
for the beat. Alexis isn't very good at all. This isn't a very good track.
- This track has some good guests and some good flows. The beat is good and the affects
fit with it well. A good track overall, one of my favs.
- I like the beat and affects, but I'm not really feelin' this track either. The flow is
alright, but I don't like the lyrics much.
- This is the siccest track on the album. The beat is sicc, the flow is sicc, the lyrics
are tight, everything is just plain raw as fuck! Make sure to listen to this one if
you get the album.
- A decent track to end the album. It has a tight beat and some good affects in the
background. The hook is coo and everything fits together well. Good track.
Overall this album has some heat on a few tracks, but not everyone. Fig Naytion has
some potential, but I don't really think he's shown it to the fullest on this album.
Look for future albums to be better than this one, although it still has some good
tracks to bump.
