Insane - Mind on Money
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- A sicc ass beat already. Insane's first solo, has a clean beat to it and good
background production. Insane has a good flow, and he has a good verse for the hook.
A very good first track.
- A hard bass line goes well with Insane and MG's flow. More good production on this
track. The piano is especially good. Lyrics are about having one thing on your mind:
"MONEY." A slower beat to this track, but it is very well produced, mixed and the
flows are perfect. I like the hook too.
- Track has some heat no doubt. Insane has a good voice for his style of flow and his
lyrics go well with the beat and affects. 2face doesn't fit well on this track, but
Plow has a good verse. A sicc ass track overall.
- Lot of heart to this track. Story about growing up in the ghetto and making it through
each day. A good medium paced beat and good instruments in the background. I think
Insane flows just a bit too fast for the beat, but otherwise it's a good track.
- One of those tracks that gets your head moving. The flow on this track is just plain
SICC!! More good production and another track that proving Insane has heat.
- Skit. I get a little lost there are like five people hella high talking all at the same
time. Can't understand what they're saying.
- I don't like the background affects on this track. Too much going on at the same time.
The flow is pretty good once you get past the annoying affects.
- This track is sicc!! Gets your head moving. The hook is tight and the flows are great.
Both Insane and 180 have good verses. A plain SICC track. Good on every level.
- An Insane solo. Another good beat and background affects. A good track where he
represents the dirty south.
- Skit. A little call on the phone.
- A good track overall. Good beat, flow, background affects. Not the best track on the
album, but still has some heat.
- I'm not feeling the background affects on this one, but I still like the flow. The
hook is ok, but the affects take away from the track a bit. Could have been a little
better.
- Another track that gets the head moving. Good production and some great flows make
this another sicc track. All three rappes have some sicc verses. The hook is tight, an
overall sicc track.
- I'm loving the piano on this track. The beat is good and more great flows. This is the
last solo track on the album from Insane. He really shows he can flow. Lyrics are
about "blood money."
- Another one that gets my head moving. all three rappers have some strait sicc flows.
This CD is just sicc in every aspect. This track just adds to it. Another great
one.
- Some more good productin. I don't like the hook and Imp Tha Pimp doesn't have a good
verse, but otherwise this is a heated track. Insane makes up for Imp's poor verse with
a better one by himself. Overall a decent track.
- Some sicc ass shit!!! Another get your head moving track, with a good hook, tight
flows and great production a common them on this album. All three rappers have good
verses. Good track overall.
- The hook isn't that good and the production isn't as good as it is on previous tracks,
but there are some tight flows. A decent track overall.
- Outro. Insane just gives some shouts out to people who help made the album possible.
Nice little beat in the background.
Overall this album is nothing more than one of the siccest that I've ever heard. Insane
has some straight heat!! The flows are sicc, the production is sicc and the lyrics are
sicc. The only low spot is some of the guest appearances aren't very good. As a test of
Insane's talent this album showed his has it all. Get this shit! You won't regret it.
