Kaoz The Assassin - Assassination Vol. 1
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- This track gets it started right with a knoccing ass beat by Crazy 8. The production is clean and I'm feeling all the
background effects. Kaoz rips up the mic and puts it down. He just flows about himself and what he's gonna do in the
rap game. I'm feeling this track, tight overall.
- Sean T laces Kaoz up with some sweet ass production on this track. Kaoz has a perfect style on this track. His style is
hard and I'm feeling his lyrics. The beat gets your head moving and Kaoz rips it up, can't ask for anything more than
that.
- This is the track from Luni Coleone & I-Rocc's "How the West Was Won." The beat is hard as fuck by J Doe and
both Kaoz and Young Droop rip it up on the mic. Just a hard ass gansta track that knoccs, can't say more than that.
- Big Hollis produced this track and it sure sounds like it. It has a slower R&B type of feel to it, but Kaoz has some
hard lyrics on it. He flows about women who are just out for men's money. The beat and production are alright by
Hollis, but I'm sick and tired of hearing tracks from him. A decent track overall.
- Sean T produced this track. The production sounds very similar from Messy Marv's "Turf Politics." Kaoz starts it off
with a good verse. Messy Marv has the second verse and rips up the mic as well. Hollow Tip has the third verse and
comes with some clean vocals. A clean track all the way through, I'm feeling it.
- Way Deep lays down a knoccin beat on this track that gets your head moving. Kaoz has some heated lyrics on this
track. He flows about the West Coast. This is one of the best tracks lyrical on the album by far. I'm feeling his style as
he rips up the mic. A tight track overall.
- Crazy 8 lays down a clean ass beat. Kaoz and Dutch come with some clean flows. I'm feeling Kaoz a lot more, but
Dutch is alright. Kaoz has much harder flow than Dutch and I'm feeling him a lot more. A tight track overall though,
both bring heat to a tight beat.
- I'm not really feeling the beat by J Doe that much, but both Kaoz and Stone Kold rip it up on the mic. I wish the beat
had been a little better, but oh well. Still a good track lyrically.
- Kaoz has a perfect rap style and I think this track shows it. He stays right along with the beat and production. Sean T
handles the production on this track and does a decent job, nothing special really. Kaoz flows about ridin and just
keeping it gangsta. A good track overall, more for the lyrics than the production.
- Rock D lays down a knoccin beat. More good lyrics from Kaoz on this track. The beat gets your head moving and
Kaoz brings heat on the mic. You can't really ask for more, just sit back and bump it away. Tight shit!
- Crazy 8 lays down a good beat, nothing special, but decent for Kaoz and Baby Fluff to flow to. I don't like Fluff at all.
Her style is not good at all and her flows are weak. She really brings this track down. The only track that I don't like
at all. Skip it.
- Sean T laces up a clean beat for this track. Kaoz starts it off with a clean verse. I don't really like the hook that much,
but it's alright. T-Nutty comes with his unique style of flow. He spits some hard lyrics and I'm feeling his flow. His
verse is really short though. Kaoz and T-Nutty rip it up to a good beat. Wish Nutty's verse was longer, but it's still a
tight track.
- Kaoz's first chance to produce a track for the album. He lays down a clean beat for him to flow over. He also rips up
the mic with some clean lyrics. The lyrics he comes with are so tight on this track. One of the best tracks on the album
because Kaoz showcases all his talents on it. I'm feeling it to the fullest.
- Another hard ass beat by Sean T. The pace of the track is perfect for the flow. Kaoz rips up the mic again. One of
my favorite tracks on the album. I can't really say enough about it, just bump it and find out for yourself.
- This is the opening track on "Controversy Sellz." The beat is clean by Crazy 8 and I'm feeling both Kaoz and Myth's
flows. Both rip it up. Just a plain sicc track. I'm feeling it to the fullest.
- I only like Dubble J and Kaoz on this track. I don't like Trifelen's verse that much and I'm not really feeling D Lo either.
Both Kaoz and Dubble J come tight though. Clean production from Rock D, but I wasn't really feeling it too much off
of Controversy Sellz and it's a half and half feeling now. A decent track overall.
Overall this is a very good debut album for Kaoz. A couple tracks from previous compilations, but that's to be expected
on a debut album. He showcases his lyrical talent and even gets to show he can produce on a track. Now that Young
Droop is leaving Killa Valley he's going to be Killa Valley's #1 guy and it's fine with me. A good album overall.
