| A beautiful sight: Jews praying at the Kotel (Western Wall) in Jerusalem. This is Judaism's holiest site, for it is all that is left of the Holy Temple, which was destroyed in 70 AD. The Kotel is also part of the enclosure surrounding the Temple Mount. Until the 1967 Six-Day War, Jews were barred from the Kotel. Such is the tolerance of our Arab neighbors. |
