| The Jewish community of Hebron has a long and, in some instances, sad history. Shown here is the Jewish cemetary of Hebron, and these gravestones mark the remains of the 67 Jews killed in the Arab riots of 1929. As you can see, the Arab animosity toward any Jewish presence in the region dates far back, way before there were any so-called "Palestinians." |
