THE BOSS
With my older brother Rich like he is, it was bound to happen... I was bound to see Bruce Springsteen live sooner or later. And I saw it on November 10th, 1999. T'was a birthday present the ticket was, and it's because of THAT excuse
that I was able to skip the evening performance of the talent show! MY brother picked me up from school, and we trekked from Dayton to Indianapolis. It was an... Interesting drive.... To say the least. And it was a VERY Good show. Bruce gives nothing but 100% every show. An excellent performer and songwriter. During this show, right in the middle of the song, he got someone from the crowd to play guitar for the rest of the song, too! I also had my first (and last) sip of beer at that concert. Rich wouldn't shut up and I wanted to watch the concert in peace. IT TASTES LIKE PISS!!!! PEOPLE GET RICH OFF THAT STUFF???? Anyway, back to the concert... It was absolutely magical seeing the ENTIRE VENUE erupt when Bruce & The E Street Band kicked into "Born To Run." Magical, I tell you. What I thoguht was very cool, though...
WAS THAT I SAW HIM A WEEK LATER UP IN COLUMBUS!!!! And it as also a REALLY good show. Putting on a good show is The Boss's specialty. I guess there's a reason my brother's seen him about 17 times...
Well, that's all I'm gonna write on this one.
