The browsing area shows five rows:
| Details | This shows any details of the currently selected individual or marriage. Note: to protect the privacy of living individuals, anyone that was born after 1900 where no death date is populated, the month and day of their birthdate and/or christining date will be masked. |
| Parents | These are the parents of the two people listed in the Spouse row |
| Souse | This shows the husband and wife. |
| Children | This shows the children (first twelve only) of the husband and wife listed in the Spouse row. |
| Reports | The system allows creationg of four different reports that are described below. |
| Click this image beside any individual to view further information in the Details window about the person. Note: the text in this window will be blue for males and red for females. | |
| Click this image beside an individual to move them to the Spouse row and have all other data updated accordingly. The individual will also be highlighted and their details shown in the Details text box. | |
| Click this image beside the first box in the Spouse row to show further details of the marriage, such as date and location. | |
| This image will appear beside a person in the Spouse row if they have a second marriage. Clicking the image will change the family details to the second marriage. |
| Descendant | Click this button to generate a list of descendants for the currently selected individual. Also, at the end of the report is displayed some summary information. Note: this report can take a few seconds to generate for a large tree and can cause a popup message to be displayed in the browser that a script is making the browser run slow. Just cancel the popup to allow the report to finish. |
| Ancestors | This generates a list of all the ancestors of the currently selected individual. |
| Distribution | This report shows how many births, deaths and marriages occured during each month of the year for the entire tree. It also shows the most popular first names. |
| Statistics | The statistics report shows how many total individuals and families are within the tree and what the avg. number of children per family is. |
